To change the password for your customer account, please follow these steps:
If you experience any problems updating your password on the website, please contact our Customer Service team.
- Go to www.serif.com in your browser
- Enter your email address and password into the login boxes in the top right
- Once you've logged in, click the Your Account link that appears in the top right
- Under the My Details section, click on "password"
- Enter your old password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click "Submit"
