How To - Change the address on your Serif account

To change the address on your customer account, please follow these steps:
  1. Go to in your browser
  2. Enter your email address and password into the login boxes in the top right
  3. Once you've logged in, click the Your Account link that appears in the top right
  4. Under the My Details section, click on "contact details"
  5. Enter your updated details
  6. Click "Update Account"
If you experience any problems updating your contact details on the website or wish to change the address of an order that is yet to be dispatched, please contact our Customer Service team.
