FAQ - I am interested in purchasing an item. What is the price and how do I purchase?

If you are a new customer to Serif, you can view all of our products on www.serif.com

In the top left hand corner on the menu, you can choose to look at either individual products, or you can select to go into either the Serif Store, or Serif Extra Store


If you are already a registered Serif user, to view any upgrade prices, please go to www.serif.com and click 'Login' in the top right hand corner.

This page will ask you to login using the email address you have previously supplied us with and your password.

If you do not know your login password, you can simply click 'Email me my password' and it will be sent to you.

Once you have successfully logged in, under the header 'Your Offers' you will see the option 'Visit the upgrade centre'

Within here you can see our latest software titles at a reduced price for you as a registered customer.


Many of our products can be either downloaded, or hard copies can be sent out to you in the next available post.


Alternatively, if would like to call our sales experts they will be able to talk you though any pricing and payment options.
