How To - Redownload my product

To re-download a product from your customer account, please go to www.serif.com and click 'Login' in the top right hand corner.

This page will ask you to login using the email address you have previously supplied us with and your password.

If you do not know your login password, you can simply click 'Email me my password' and it will be sent to you.

Once you have successfully logged in, on the left, under the header 'Your Orders' you will see the option 'View Your Order History'

Within here you can see your past orders, and providing you have not reached your download limit, you will be able to re-download your product.
