Troubleshooting - I can't see the Finish button on the Registration Wizard

Problem: When registering your Serif product, there is no Finish button on the Registration Wizard.

Resolution: This problem occurs when your Windows or Internet Explorer settings have made the Registration Wizard too big for the window it appears in. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Type your Registration Number into the Registration Wizard
  2. Press the Tab key on your keyboard (usually located above the Caps Lock key) several times
  3. When you have pressed it enough times, the Finish button will be selected and the Registration Wizard will scroll down automatically to show the buton
  4. Press the Finish button to complete the registration process
