Troubleshooting - "Unable to add colour. Colour already in palette." when opening a site in WebPlus

Problem: When opening a site in WebPlus, the error message "Unable to add colour. Colour already in palette." appears.

Resolution: This problem occurs when the default colour palette in WebPlus has a duplicate of one of its colours. To resolve the problem, choose Tools > Save Defaults to update the default colour palette and remove the duplicate colour.
