Troubleshooting - The Registration Wizard window is full of HTML or code

Problem: When the Registration Wizard appears, it is full of code or HTML instead of showing its correct contents so the product cannot be registered

Resolution: To see the correct contents of the Registration Wizard:
  1. Close the Registration Wizard window by clicking on the cross in the top-right corner
  2. Open Internet Explorer
  3. From the View menu, select Encoding > Auto-Select
  4. Close Internet Explorer
  5. The Registration Wizard should now display correctly
