FAQ - I've got an existing domain name I want to use with my webplus.net hosting. Is this possible?

You may already own a domain name which you want to add to your website. This is easy to do with WebPlus.net hosting.

Step 2: Choosing how to link your existing domain name to your webplus.net hosting. There are two ways you can do this - either by adding/editing CNAME records or updating the nameservers.

CNAME records are used when you use email with your domain provider. They mean that only specific settings are transferred so that your email account(s) are preserved. 

Nameservers are used when you don't use email with your domain provider. Pointing your nameservers to webplus.net hosting means that everything is transferred.
