When you purchase software or other content from Affinity, ‘serif.com/bill’ will appear on your statement.
Depending on your payment method and location, ‘Digital River’ or the letters ‘DR’ may appear as well as, or instead of, ‘serif.com/bill’.
What is Digital River?
Digital River is an Affinity-approved e-commerce reseller. It acts as the merchant of record, providing secure and tax-compliant payment solutions.
How to see what you’ve been charged for
- To see your order history, sign in to your Affinity account
- Select ‘Order history’
- Review the list of your Affinity Store purchases and locate the order you are looking for
- Select ‘View order’ (to see the full order details) or ‘View invoice’ (to see the order’s PDF invoice)
If you still can’t identify the charge
- Search your email for the words ‘Your Affinity order confirmation’
- Look for a receipt that matches the amount you can see on your billing statement
- On the order receipt, see what was purchased and which Affinity ID was used
- Check if the Affinity ID in the email is different to what you used to sign in with on the Affinity Store. If it’s different, use this Affinity ID to sign in and review your order history
