Use this form to specify how we can contact you and let us know a bit more about your request for Serif.
Before we can process your request we’ll need to verify your identity.
If you’re a Serif account holder and the email on your account is still active, please use the same email registered to your Serif account.
If you’re not a Serif account holder or your Serif-registered email is no longer active, please use a valid, active email address.

In all cases please use the 'Additional Information' section to confirm:
- your full name
- the email address you used when you first interacted with us
- If you purchased something from us, either a copy of a relevant PayPal invoice, or the last 4 digits of the payment card you used to make your last purchase;
- the approximate date (month & year) you last interacted with us.
If none of the above apply, please attach your ID (e.g. passport or driving licence) or other suitable documentation to confirm your identity.
