To resolve this, ensure you have installed the latest update for WebPlus X4 (12.0.5 or above).
Resolution 2: If you are still experiencing problems after installing the latest update, follow the instructions below:
- Download this ZIP file to your Desktop
- Find the NavBars folder in your WebPlus install location. By default this will be as below, unless you chose to install to a custom location:
32-bit Windows: C:\Program Files\Serif\WebPlus\X4\NavBars
64-bit Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Serif\WebPlus\X4\NavBars
- You will be asked if you want to overwrite the existing file, choose Yes to replace it
