If you're not seeing the Sign in with Canva button as shown below, it could be because you're located in China. More information can be found in the Can I access Affinity using a Canva account from China? article.
If you're not located in China and you're still not seeing the Sign in with Canva button as shown below, please check the Region settings within your Operating System to make sure they're set to the correct location.
