If your Canva account is fully verified for Education or Nonprofit and you're unable to activate the Affinity V2 apps when going through the steps listed in our How do I sign into Affinity with a verified Education or Nonprofit account? article, please make sure you're selecting the correct Team from the Select a team dropdown if you have more than one Canva account linked to your account.
If you're selecting the correct team from the Select a team dropdown and still having issues activating Affinity, please contact Canva's support team to make sure that you have a verified Education or Nonprofit Canva account.
